Ichidaimisen Tokusen Ginjo toma su nombre del monte Misen en la isla de Miyajima, el hito sagrado que se eleva al otro lado de la bahía frente a Chugoku Jozo en Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima. Elaborado con Hattan Nishiki pulido al 60 %, este ginjo de la cervecería fundada en 1918 (hoy Sakurao Brewery) emplea arroz 100 % de la prefectura de Hiroshima para una profundidad característica y suave.
