Hibabijin Junmaishu es el sake de arroz puro fundamental de Hibabijin Shuzo en Shobara, Hiroshima, elaborado exclusivamente con arroz, agua y koji siguiendo el estándar junmai. El agua blanda de las tierras altas de Hiba aporta una dulzura delicada y un cuerpo suave, con umami centrado en el arroz equilibrado por una acidez limpia.
