Elaborado con arroz Nippon Bare pulido al 65 % en la cervecería familiar Yasui Shuzojo en Koka, Shiga, este sake se prensa mediante el método tradicional de marco de madera Sase. El agua blanda de los montes Suzuka y la producción artesanal en pequeños lotes le otorgan un carácter suave y accesible, enraizado en el patrimonio de la cervecería desde la era Meiji.
