Ginjoshu Taiheijin es un sake de grado ginjo de Machidashuzouten en la prefectura de Gunma, elaborado con arroz pulido al 60 % o menos y fermentado a temperaturas frescas para desarrollar su característico perfil aromático. El acceso de Gunma a agua de montaña limpia de los Alpes japoneses y las cordilleras circundantes apoya la gestión precisa de la temperatura requerida para la elaboración ginjo. Este sake puede incluir una pequeña adición de alcohol destilado para realzar sus aromas florales, como es típico en la categoría ginjo no-junmai.
