Gekkeikan Kasagiya Yamadanishiki Daiginjo se elabora con Yamada Nishiki pulido a estándares daiginjo en la histórica instalación Kasagiya de Gekkeikan en Fushimi, Kioto. La cervecería, fundada en 1637, aplica cuatro siglos de experiencia brassicola con el agua blanda de Fushimi para producir un daiginjo clásico y aromático típico de Kioto.
