Junmai elaborado con Yamada Nishiki cultivado bajo agricultura natural Shomei en los propios campos de la destilería en Yabu, Hyogo, pulido al 60 % y fermentado sin alcohol añadido. El arroz cultivado naturalmente, denso y de fermentación lenta, produce un sake con rico umami y un paladar ligeramente corpulento reconocido como producto de marca regional de la ciudad de Yabu.
