Honjozo genshu de una destilería de Hyogo ubicada en Yabu, elaborado con Yamada Nishiki cultivado según el método de agricultura natural Shomei, que prohíbe pesticidas, fertilizantes químicos e incluso fertilizantes orgánicos. El prensado sin diluir produce un honjozo de cuerpo pleno con el carácter concentrado del arroz de fermentación lenta cultivado de forma natural.
