Description

Ena Jozo, fundada en 1818 en la ciudad montañesa de Nakatsugawa, Gifu, elabora Esejiman (Orgullo de Ena) utilizando arroz Hidahomare, la variedad sake nativa de la prefectura cultivada conjuntamente por la destilería y los agricultores locales. El agua de manantial blanda que desciende naturalmente del monte Futsumori hasta la destilería sin bombas produce un honjozo limpio y fácil de beber, reflejo de más de dos siglos de tradición cervecera de montaña en Gifu.
