Hoshiizumi Daiginjo es la cuvée de prestigio insignia de Maruichi Shuzo en Agui-cho, Aichi, una cervecería fundada en 1917 que ganó medallas de oro en el Concurso Nacional de Cata de Nuevos Sakes durante ocho años consecutivos, de 2009 a 2016. El nombre 'Hoshiizumi' (Fuente de las estrellas) evoca la claridad y pureza de la fuente de agua de este sake en la península de Chita, y el daiginjo expresa un fragante aroma floral luminoso, una textura sedosa y un final refinado y limpio. Un referente de la artesanía ginjo de Aichi.
