Description

El arroz Gohyakumangoku pulido al 70 % es la base de este futsu-shu de Okamura Shuzojo, en Hyogo. Fundada en 1889 en Sanda, esta pequeña kura utiliza agua de las corrientes subterráneas del río Habuki y arroz local de Sanda, produciendo un sake de carácter levemente dulce y limpio que mantiene una fiel clientela local.
