Description

Katsuomasamune ('Bonito Masamune') de Azumanada Jozo en Katsuura, Chiba, lleva el nombre del celebrado patrimonio pesquero de katsuo (atún listado) de la zona, creando un maridaje natural entre este sake costero y el marisco más preciado de la región. Elaborado desde 1867 a solo 200 metros de la costa del Pacífico, refleja la duradera relación entre la elaboración de sake de Chiba y su floreciente cultura pesquera.
