Description

Aramusha Ginkaku honjozo de Kinshimasamune en Fushimi, Kioto, se elabora con el método de licuefacción característico de la cervecería, introducido en 1995, que convierte el arroz en papilla antes de la fermentación. El famoso agua de manantial Tokiwai de Fushimi, que fluye a 70 toneladas por hora a través de los terrenos de la cervecería, es fundamental en este honjozo de estilo kyotoïte.
