Description

El arroz de elaboración premium de Iwate, el Yuinoka, se pule al 35 % y se fermenta a temperaturas ultrabajas, luego se prensa a -1 °C para preservar la pureza del aroma y el umami en este junmai daiginjo. Sofisticadas notas afrutadas se abren en nariz, dando paso a una dulzura jugosa que se resuelve limpiamente en el final. El nombre Gokujonokire, que significa "nitidez suprema", refleja la búsqueda de la brasserie de una claridad cortante.
