Historia
1830
Founded in Osato-cho, Hitachiota, Ibaraki by first-generation Goichiro Tominaga.
1922
Became one of the largest brewers by production volume in Ibaraki Prefecture.
1931
Incorporated as a limited partnership under the name Gouretsu Tominaga Shuzoten.
1984
Tsuginori Tominaga took over the business as the 6th-generation successor.
2010
Certified under a Business Innovation Plan by the Governor of Ibaraki Prefecture.
2014
Began a small-batch shochu brewing operation.
2015
Commercialized the shochu product "Kiwami no Kanasago."
2019
Renamed the company to Gouretsu Shuzo Co., Ltd.
