Rei ist ein Reis-Shochu von Nikaido Sake Brewery. Als Rohstoffe dienen sorgfältig ausgewählter Reis und Gerstenmalz, das auch im Mugi Shochu Nikaido verwendet wird. Nikaido Sake Brewery, ursprünglich eine Sake-Brauerei, hat diesen Rei unter Nutzung ihrer traditionellen Herstellungsmethoden entwickelt.
