Tsunetoyo (Tsuneyutaka) ist ein seltener Ibaraki-Reis, der aus Saatgut der Universität Kyushu wiederbelebt wurde, dessen Name den Wunsch nach dauerhaftem Wohlstand in der Hitachi-Region ausdrückt. Auf 55 % poliert und mit einer Kurz-fermentations-Hefe der Tokyo University of Agriculture gebraut, bietet er subtile Aromen und einen sauberen, glatten Gaumen mit fruchtigem, erfrischendem Abgang.
