Unter dem Namen Buaisō (in etwa 'ungesellig') liefert er Apfel- und Melonenartomen, eine seidene Textur und subtile Reissüße mit feiner Tiefe, vergoren mit Ogawa-Hefe (Kyokai Nr. 10) für das charakteristische säurearme, klare Profil der Kudoki Jozu-Linie.
