Keisen Tokubetsu Junmaishu Konkon ist ein Tokubetsu Junmai der Hasamaya Sake Brewery in Kurihara City, Miyagi, auf 55 % poliert und auf eine breite Speisenbegleitung mit Sashimi, Eintopfgerichten und Fleischspeisen ausgelegt. Der Name Konkon bezieht sich auf das reichlich fliesende Quellwasser der Kurikoma-Hochebene, das die Brauerei speist und tief in der Miyagi-Sake-Tradition verwurzelt ist. Er verbindet milde Suse, saubere Saure und zartes Umami aus dem Bergquellwasser.
