Auf 50 % polierter Yamada Nishiki fließt in diesen 1000-Tage-gereiften Daiginjo von Asahizuru in Chiba unter dem Kanzaburo-Label ein. Die verlängerte Reifung von etwa drei Jahren entwickelt die Milde und Tiefe, die von einer Koshu-artigen Reifung erwartet wird.
