Description

Honjozo, gebraut mit Yamada Nishiki unter Verwendung von weichem Mineralwasser aus dem Yagizo-Gebirge in den abgelegenen Oku-Kuji-Hochlagen im Norden von Ibaraki. Die in der Bunsei-Ära der Edo-Zeit gegründete Brauerei verfolgt einen sauberen, leichten Stil, indem sie den Reis auf einen hohen Poliergrad bringt und sich ausschließlich auf ihr eigenes Personal ohne vertraglichen toji stützt.
