Daiginjo aus Oyama Nishiki-Reis, der im Nanto-Gebiet der Präfektur Toyama angebaut wird, gebraut in einer 1894 gegründeten Kura am Fuß des Mt. Iouzen. Das dezente Ginjo-Aroma und der knackige Abgang sind Markenzeichen des hochpolierten Kaltgärungsansatzes der Brauerei.
