Description
Produziert in Kyotango, im Norden der Präfektur Kyoto, von einer Brauerei, die in der Enkyo-Ära (1744) gegründet wurde, schöpft dieser sake aus dem Quellwasser des Ugawa-Flusses und verwendet Gohyakumangoku als Hauptreis. Die toji-Linie der Brauerei geht auf die Tango-Tradition des sake-Handwerks zurück.
