Dieser frisch gepresste shiboritate von Inami Shuzo in Miki, Präfektur Hyogo, wird unter dem Aoitsuru-Label aus lokal angebautem Yamada Nishiki hergestellt, der Reissorte, für die das Sanbu-Gebiet der Stadt Miki bekannt ist. Die Frischpressung liefert ein charakteristisches pfirsichartiges, süßes Aroma sowie eine milde, vollmundige Reichhaltigkeit, die für das Terroir typisch ist.
