Youkashuzou Yuugengaisha

Since 1998, we have been working on the cultivation of Yamada Nishiki by natural farming (pesticide -free, no fertilizer, and self -seeds). The pure rice sake made from Yamada Nishiki is used as a "couple cedar natural rice sake".
