More than 200 years of sake brewing
The Tsuruno Sake Brewery is located on the east coast of Noto -cho, Ishikawa Prefecture, and in the Ugawa area, which faces the gentle waves in Toyama Bay.
It is a brewery founded around Kansei-Kyowa period (1789-1804).
It brews a sake "Yasen" born from a rich nature and a simple climate.
