From the brewery
Shoji Nagai fell in love with the water in Kawaba Village, which is located in the headwaters of the northernmost basin of Gunma Prefecture,
Founded in 1886 (Meiji 19).
The area around the brewery is protected by the Satoyamahara landscape, and springs from the 50ha forest.
Soft and faintly sweet water is prepared and used for water.
