The sake brewing industry was founded in Meiji 28. Since its inception, we have been studying, and we have been particular about handmade under the concept that alcohol is brewed and raised.
Using "Quality First" as a corporate motto, it is a liquor that pumps well water using local rice "Hidahokure" and others by using the technology cultivated in the land of cold Hida and tradition.
We are convinced that all of the dignified flavors, richness, and fragrance can be fully enjoyed by lovers.
