Under the good environment of Kinokawa's clear stream, we aim to make real sake brewing that values the traditional "taste" and "scent". Currently, we are mainly exploring the taste of dryness. Just as everyone is looking for delicious sake, we are pursuing "taste" and "fragrance" such as "flavor", "rich" and "sharp" every day.
