History
1718
Miyamori Kyuemon founded the sake brewing business under the trade name "Izutsuya" with the brand name "Tenshomune".
1868
Izutsuya was destroyed by fire during the Boshin War; the fifth-generation Kyuemon rebuilt the brewery and renamed the brand "Hanaharu".
1943
Became the Hanaharu factory of Wakamatsu Shuzo Co., Ltd.
1953
Hanaharu Shuzo Co., Ltd. was established.
1995
The Kozashi brewery building was completed.
2005
Head office and factory relocated to Kozashi-machi.
2011
The factory and products were damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
2016
The business was transferred to a new company and was reborn.
