Rei is a rice shochu made by Nikaido Sake Brewery. The raw materials are carefully selected rice and barley malt, which is also used in Mugi Shochu Nikaido. Nikaido Sake Brewery, which was originally a sake brewery, made this Rei by taking advantage of its manufacturing methods.
