[Heat] Junmai sake made from Hitachi Nishiki from Shimotsuma City, Ibaraki Prefecture and poppy flower yeast. It was named "Shiou" in the image of the national butterfly "Omurasaki", which represents Shimotsuma City, dances a glittering popping field.
