Description

Ena Jozo, founded in 1818 in the mountain town of Nakatsugawa, Gifu, brews Esejiman (Pride of Ena) using Hidahomare rice, the prefecture's native sake variety cultivated by the brewery and local farmers together. Gravity-fed soft spring water from Futsumori Mountain flows naturally through the brewery without pumps, producing a clean, easy-drinking honjozo that reflects over two centuries of Gifu mountain brewing tradition.
