Soukou Honjozo 1984 Genshu
Description

This honjozo genshu variant of Kuramitsu's 1984 label is bottled undiluted at full moromi strength, adding extra weight and intensity to the standard honjozo profile. It comes from Oita City's sole sake brewery, established in 1864, and uses Ono River subterranean water in keeping with the brewery's small-batch handcrafted tradition.
