Description

Le Hattan Nishiki, le riz à sake représentatif d'Hiroshima, connu pour son équilibre aromatique, ses faibles notes indésirables et son arôme herbacé propre et caractéristique, est la base de ce tokusen ginjo d'Uesugishuzo. La brasserie a remporté l'Or au Concours National des Nouveaux Sakes en 2000, 2001 et 2002. Brassé dans la tradition Hiroshima à l'eau douce, qui favorise une fermentation douce et arrondie.
