Sanko Reishu est un sake de style froid de Sankoumasamune à Niimi, Okayama, conservé à température glaciaire dès le pressurage pour garantir la fraîcheur. La brasserie utilise l'eau souterraine de la vallée de Sanko et du riz Omachi et Yamada Nishiki cultivés sous contrat, élaborant un sake caractéristiquement sec au mordant net et propre.
