Issu de la brasserie couronnée Champion Sake à l'IWC en 2011, nommée en hommage au seigneur féodal de Saga Nabeshima Naomasa, cette expression incarne la philosophie de production exclusivement ginjo et muroka de l'une des brasseries les plus célébrées du Japon.
