Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Omachi Namazake de Fukuchiyo Shuzou à Kashima, Saga, associe l'Omachi, une ancienne variété de riz d'Okayama appréciée pour produire des sakes complexes et terreux, à la fraîcheur du namazake non pasteurisé dans une expression de niveau ginjo. Issu de la brasserie primée Champion Sake à l'IWC en 2011, toute la production est muroka après une fermentation longue à basse température, préservant la pleine profondeur naturelle de cette marque de sake célébrée.
