Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo Nabeshimamai de Fukuchiyo Shuzou à Kashima, Saga, utilise la désignation de riz Nabeshimamai, propre à la brasserie, pour une expression daiginjo unique à ce producteur primé. Fondée en 1924 dans la ville relais historique de Hizen Hamashuku, et nommée Champion Sake à l'IWC en 2011, la brasserie produit exclusivement du sake de grade ginjo avec une fermentation longue à basse température et sans filtration au charbon, pour une expression naturelle maximale.
