Le riz Reihou poli à 70 % constitue la base de ce sake de la Senryu Shuzo à Nagasaki, où l'eau de source minéralement douce de la péninsule de Kitamatsuura est le fondement du brassage depuis la fondation de la brasserie en 1688. La variété Reihou, commune dans le brassage de Kyushu, apporte un caractère de riz propre à ce niveau de polissage du quotidien.
