Ce tokubetsu honjozo est lancé comme un genshu de première presse non dilué, mis en bouteille directement depuis le pressoir, capturant la fraîcheur vibrante du sake nouvellement brassé à Itami, Hyogo. Le traitement muroka (sans filtration au charbon actif) préserve un caractère plus complet et expressif, avec la richesse naturelle du genshu non dilué au premier plan.
