Hakusen Sake Musashi Yamahai Junmaishu de Fujisakisoubei Shoten dans la préfecture de Gunma est brassé selon la méthode traditionnelle yamahai, qui s'appuie sur les bactéries lactiques naturelles pour développer le levain sans agitation mécanique, produisant un sake au caractère acide prononcé et à la profondeur rustique et complexe. Le riz Sake Musashi, poli à 65%, tire son nom de l'ancienne province de Musashi qui englobait une grande partie de la région du Kanto environnant Gunma, rattachant ce sake à son héritage géographique.
