Un ginjo koshu (sake vieilli) de Togo Sake Brewery à Okayama, une brasserie fondée en 1905 et dont le nom commémore la victoire navale décisive de cette année-là. En tant que ginjo vieilli sur une longue période, il porte la profondeur caractéristique et le moelleux qui se développent grâce à un élevage en cave prolongé.
