Ebisugao est le sake emblématique de la Funaki Shuzou à Matsusaka, dans la préfecture de Mie, fondée en 1916. Son nom signifie 'visage d'Ebisu', le dieu de la chance et de la prospérité. Brassé avec le riz local Ureshino, unique à la préfecture de Mie, il exprime un caractère chaleureux et accueillant, aussi familier et bienveillant que la divinité souriante qu'il honore.
