Du Yamada Nishiki poli à 40 % constitue la base de ce daiginjo de Senryu Shuzo à Nagasaki, une brasserie fondée en 1688 dans le district d'Ejikae, à Sasebo, qui utilise l'eau de source douce de la péninsule de Kitamatsuura. Élaboré par l'une des plus anciennes maisons de sake du Kyushu, ce daiginjo témoigne d'une longue tradition artisanale sous l'étiquette Honjin.
