Yamada Nishiki de Iga, pulido al 40 % y fermentado con agua subterránea extraída del pozo propio de la destilería en la cuenca de Iga en Mie, este Daiginjo obtuvo un premio de oro en el Concurso Nacional de Nuevos Sakes (Zenkoku Shinshu Kanpyokai). Aromático y rico, equilibra una dulzura refinada con una acidez limpia y un final pulido.
