Yonrokushiki (estilo 46) hace referencia al uso de koji blanco, que produce aproximadamente el doble de ácido cítrico que el koji amarillo estándar, otorgando a este namagenshu prensado directamente desde el funatoko un nivel de acidez aproximadamente el doble de la media nacional. El sake resultante equilibra una dulzura transparente con una vivacidad cítrica limpia y una sutil carbonatación natural proveniente del tanque.
