Description

Yatsugai significa 'bebida nocturna' en el dialecto Bungo. Este shochu de cebada se produce mediante destilación al vacío con cebada y koji de cebada. Los ingredientes y el método de elaboración son los mismos que los de Kichishiroku y Bungoji, pero el contenido de alcohol es mayor, al 30%, lo que ofrece un sabor más intenso.
