Rei es un shochu de arroz elaborado por Nikaido Sake Brewery. Las materias primas son arroz cuidadosamente seleccionado y malta de cebada, que también se utiliza en el Mugi Shochu Nikaido. Nikaido Sake Brewery, originalmente una cervecería de sake, elaboró este Rei aprovechando sus métodos de producción tradicionales.
