Elaborado en una pequeña destilería de Fukuoka cuya producción se consume en gran parte dentro de la comunidad local, este daiginjo utiliza Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40% con un contenido de alcohol del 16,5%. El estilo característico de la destilería se inclina hacia un carácter rico y de cuerpo pleno, típico de la producción artesanal en pequeñas tandas.
