Description

La Fuji Takasago Shuzo, fundada en 1830 a los pies del monte Fuji en Fujinomiya, Shizuoka, se abastece de agua de manantial subterráneo que ha filtrado a través del volcán durante aproximadamente 100 años, emergiendo a una temperatura constante de 5 grados Celsius. Este Takasago Junmai utiliza arroz Gohyakumangoku y el método tradicional yamahai, apoyándose en bacterias lácticas naturales para desarrollar el arranque sin remover, una técnica practicada por solo el 5 % de las cervecerías japonesas y reconocida con Medallas de Oro en el IWC en 2019, 2020 y 2022.
